The vibrating coagulometer is designed to continuously measure the coagulation of fluids on line and automatically make available a record of the measurement situation via signal output. This device is suitable for applications such as measurement of polymerization reactions from a monomer to a polymer in a polymerization bath, and emulsified cosmetics or thermally coagulated food in an emulsification bath.

The optimal hardness (hardening time) of a coagulating liquid is determined according to the difference in viscosity between before and after coagulation by allowing the vibrating blade to vibrate in the liquid.
Since the instrument’s drive and detection mechanisms are completely non-contacting, the instrument is free of hysteresis and accurately detects even minimal changes in concentration.
