Feature

This blower-equipped level switch keeps the powder from solidifying while detecting the level of the powder.

Description

If the substance to be measured is a powder (or in the form of flakes) and tends to form lumps, it might build up and solidify on the probe due to consolidation loads. This blower-equipped level switch blows out a small amount of air (nitrogen) through a port at the tip or side of the probe to keep the powder from solidifying while detecting the level of the powder.

Blower-equipped level transmitters are also available.
