Level switches

Our level switches have been developed and calibrated for level detection with a series of models such as Capacitance type, Vibration type, Impedance type, etc.
The level switches deliver a contact output (On and Off) with detecting the level of objects to be measured.
Level switches with simple construction and more cost-effective than level transmitters does not deliver the signal of a middle value, thus a number of level switches are required for the case of obtaining the signals at several points such as upper, middle and lower levels.

Capacitance type level switches are available with a series of models such as Straight-rod probe type, Flat probe type, Wire type, In-pipeline type and etc. which are mainly suitable for measuring the insulating material.

The mounting (connection) and length (any length between 250 mm and 2,000 mm) of this level switch can be fully designed according to the user’s specifications. Moreover, this model can be ready for shipment to meet a short delivery schedule (within 10 days after receiving an order).

This blower-equipped level switch blows out a small amount of air (nitrogen) through a port at the tip or side of the probe to keep the powder from solidifying while detecting the level of the powder.
