Portable moisture detector
D-MP
This portable detector is designed to measure the internal moisture irrespective of wet surface on objects to be measured.
This is the portable version of our moisture detector (Model D-MF) that is developed using a combination of our proprietary impedance bridge and capacitive multiplex compensation (multi-guard) system. It enables to detect the internal moisture from small quantity to large quantity with contacting the sensor to the surface of the object.
This portable detector can be used to measure the moisture not only for flexible container but also for various objects.
The electrode pattern of this portable detector is based on the moisture detector for large flexible containers (Model D-MF) and developed for easy to measure a pinpoint.
A straight-rod probe is difficult to measure the internal moisture on bottom or side of object where water is easily accumulated in. Detection part of this probe is concentrically arranged and make it possible to measure the moisture content for various objects by adopting the conductive rubber to ensure the adhesiveness between detector and objects.
