1974
Daiki Kogyo Co., Ltd. At that time had two business units.
The Electronics Manufacturing Unit was an early manufacturer of capacitive level transmitters.
Daiki Kogyo Co., Ltd. Went bankrupt due to the impact of a strike at the Machinery Business Unit.
October,
1974
In response to requests from many clients who wished for fulfillment of existing orders and maintenance of already installed products,
Toyoharu Iizaka, former Engineering Manager of the Electronics Manufacturing Unit, who had been in charge of the development of industrial instruments,
founded as a privately owned enterprise and commenced product development and sales at its Amagasaki Factory.

Company was reorganized and was renamed DITECH, Ltd.

1976
Toyonaka factory was newly established and Amagasaki factory was closed.
October,
1986
Tokyo office was newly established.
June,
1993
Toyonaka factory was transferred to Nishiyodogawa and was set up as Osaka head office & factory.
November,
2007
Tokyo branch was transferred.
November,
2013
Tokyo branch was transferred to Minato-ku.

2018
The capital was increased to JPY25,000,000.
